windows下局域网控制软件，PC端使用QT编写，在PC端实现HTTP和websocket服务器，控制端（手机|PC）通过浏览器打开控制页面，实现局域网内控制电脑
Qt的蓝牙库，支持串口蓝牙服务和低功耗蓝牙，暂时只测试android手机端
源连接：https://github.com/Bringer-of-Light/Qt-Nice-Frameless-Window 改写了部分，适配了win7
使用VS对jsoncpp-1.9.1编译生成lib
