1. 获取默认摄像图视频数据 2. 使用yolov8/11默认最小模型（_n）进行目标检测 3. 将检测结果显示在flask的web页面内
本项目通过两种方式从萤石云获取海康摄像头的数据，用于后续处理： 方案1：python+cv2专用弹窗显示 方案2： flask+ezuikit.js在web页面内显示
