[next-6.6] Add support for Phytium S2500 · Pull Request !110 · OpenCloudOS/OpenCloudOS-Kernel

This PR is divided into three commits:

1. [next-6.6] Add gic support for Phytium S2500

Phytium S2500 adjusts the GIC's implementation to support multi-socket system designs.
This patch adds the driver for this new implementation.

Test：
Complete dual boot, patch function verification successful

2. [next-6.6] Add gic support for Phytium S2500

- Enable kdump service on Phytium S2500.
- Enable sysrq key by `echo 1 > /proc/sys/kernel/sysrq`
- Trigger the panic by `echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger`
- Kernel panic and automatically reboot.
- vmcore generate successfully which could be analyse by Crash tools.

Test：
Start the kdump service on the Phytium S2500 and generate the corresponding vmcore successful.

3. [next-6.6] Add iommu support for Phytium S2500

The Phytium S2500 uses an IOMMU NIC for transparent access, and the bus number and device number need to be placed in the same group to avoid system crashes during the remote access process.

Test:
Run the QEMU command to start the VM and successfully achieve transparent access.
