1. windows 官网下载 一键安装文件 python37 ,勾选环境变量配置（https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.8.1/python-3.8.1-amd64.exe）
2. 下载 pycharm （https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/download-thanks.html?platform=windows）
3. 配置 python.exe
4. 参照 scrapy 官网 安装核心包（https://docs.scrapy.org/en/latest/intro/install.html）
