**问题描述：** RISCV环境下没有criu的RPM包。 环境：openEuler RISCV 24.03 **分析过程：** 如图所示，RISCV架构下找不到对应的软件包。经查阅，23.09、22.09、22.03的riscv上也没有criu的rpm包。  **诉求：** 烦请引入RISCV架构下的criu RPM软件包
