#MUI——Module User Interface
This UI frame is built by module and could be loaded on need。The MUI uses html5/CSS3/jQuery.

#What for
Most of UI frames are heavy and loaded other things you don't need.So MUI is:

    -light,loaded for need in order to optimize performance ;
    -modular,to reduce the coupling;
    -compatible,to surpport main browser;
    -custommed for UI view;
    
According to these,we use MVC Development Format,Module Program.CSS files will be built by Less for custom.
