git安装加速:NVM_NODEJS_ORG_MIRROR=http://dist.u.qiniudn.com nvm install 0.12.7（版本号）

1、安装nodejs && git

2、npm install babel -g  ==》 npm install babel-cil -g;

3、npm install gulpjs/gulp#4.0 -g
   npm install gulpjs/gulp#4.0 --save-dev 
   npm install node-sass@3.13.0 -g
   npm install node-sass@3.13.0 --save-dev 

4、npm install ==》 gulp
