使用方法：
1、从testlink导出xml格式用例
2、执行python testlink2metersphere.py 你的xml文件
3、在同一目录下会生成后缀为xls的用例文件，导入metersphere即可

PS：脚本在python 3.8.3测试通过，需要安装依赖库
