拉取闭源文件python脚本

获取 sml-sign.bin，QogirN6Pro_CH.bin 这两个文件需要解pac包
```shell
cfm880@cfm880:~/share$ git clone https://github.com/NasdaqGodzilla/UNISOC_SPRD_PAC_UNPAC.git
cfm880@cfm880:~/share$ sudo cpan -f Archive::Zip
cfm880@cfm880:~/share$ ./UNISOC_SPRD_PAC_UNPAC/pac_tools/unpac_perl/unpac.pl ~/share/laphone_nosec_userdebug.pac ~/share/laphone_nosec_userdebug -S

```
在~/share/laphone_nosec_userdebug中找到sml-sign.bin和QogirN6Pro_CH.bin拷贝到lib_files再运行pull.py
